Roles & Responsibilities:
Microsoft Active Directory and Azure AD configuration and troubleshooting
Experience in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, DHCP related issues.
Experience in troubleshooting servers, network and user-related issues.
Working on Microsoft Office365 and Exchange Online Services.
Working on Microsoft Server 2012, 2016 & 2019 Operating Systems
Manage our Office 365 Microsoft Exchange environment.
Good knowledge and experience in implementing and managing MS Hyper-V & VMware virtualization environments.
Should have good knowledge in managing Nutanix, Citrix and Backup solutions like ( Veritas & Veeam ) added advantage.
Must have an excellent understanding of the issue and troubleshoot all OS and Hardware related issues.
Handling day-to-day tasks, reviewing event logs and user-reported errors.
Expertise in Migrations, OS upgrades, Security Patching & Firmware upgrades.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to identify, implement and drive improvements.
Flexibility with regards to working outside normal business hours as required.
Installing and configuring other software’s as per the project requirement.
Troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues.
Update skills regularly on the new technologies and attend workshops.
Microsoft and other industry certifications.
Professional Skills:
Around 5+ years of overall experience in implementation and support with the service provider ( Preferred )
Provides deep architecture expertise, in a specific technology area.
Assessment, design, configuration & Implementation of the solutions at customers.
Efficient and self-confident to manage and implement critical projects at high profile customers.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent degree.
Should have at least 5 yrs of experience in implementation and customer support.
Possessing the latest certifications in Microsoft M365 and Azure.
Excellent Communication and learning skills.
