Job Description

Hands on experience on hardware trouble shooting (System, Printer, Scanner & etc…)
Hands on experience on vendor negotiation and budget management
Hands on experience on CRM systems (Hospital Management)
Excellence in setting up, managing maintenance of IT infrastructure, installation, migration and
Configuration of servers, network client workstations, managing Local and Domain Wide Groups. MPLS & ILL Line Planning & Installation, EPABX telephonic system planning & implementation
Proficient in installing & troubleshooting of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & IIS Server on Microsoft Windows Environment
Proficient in design of Network for small, medium to large scale corporate. Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of all kind of Switches, routers firewall
Professional Experience End User Support & Helpdesk Management
Storage Server as per company policy given access
Automatic Data backup NAS server
Hands on experience on Server Installation (IBM, DELL Rack Servers , SQL Server database exchange server &mail server etc)
Responsible for the infrastructure, applications, and operations of servers, network, desktops,
systems, and numerous IT services, equipment, and systems for corporate offices and multiple.
Managed 15 Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 and 2016 servers including deployment, hardware, software,
configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
Administered multiple Windows Server roles and features comprising File, Print, Terminal, and
Windows Server Update Services, Web Server (IIS), and Active Directory services including user and group accounts and group policies.
Managed mailboxes and distribution groups, performed maintenance, performance
monitoring, and troubleshooting for MS Exchange 2016 server.
Supervised helpdesk operations ensuring helpdesk calls and tickets were properly
doented, responded to, and resolved according to performance benchmarks.
Directed daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 50+ operation critical PointOf-Sale Linux computer systems and related Linux servers, including hardware, software,
connectivity, and peripherals.
Oversaw and administered a variety of IT products and services including VMWare Esx 4.0
servers, VoIP telephones, Symantec Endpoint Server, Office 365 Exchange email
administration, Sophos MXLogic spam filter, corporate and public Wifi network, RSA Secure ID
VPN server software, VPN user accounts, and hardware tokens.
