Ability to coordinate and negotiate the IT activities / requirements within different departments and vendor
Being SPOC for all the IT related subject and projects
Proficient understanding of overall IT infrastructure including Windows Desktop Hardware, Servers, CISCO networking - Voice and Data, cabling and IT Security.
Knowledge and essential experience in MS office product suites, MS Windows Platform, Microsoft Licensing, popular software such as Autocad, Acrobat Pro, web tools and SharePoint
Proficient understanding in Internet technology products, such as leased lines, VPN, broadband connections and experience in dealing with ISP vendors and solution providers.
Proficient in reviewing Technical specification bids related to IT hardware and software procurement and managing IT contracts.
