Job description / Role:
•Designing and implementing Cabling infrastructure.
•Install Backup and Recovery solution.
•OS installation, (Linux 6, windows 7, windows 8, windows 8.1, windows 10, windows Server 2008, 2012, 2012r2).
•Diagnosing hardware problems and replacing hardware's.
•Resolve IT related issues remotely.
•Configuring and implementing SonicWALL firewall Remote Access, VPN, Site to site configuration & GVC Connectivity.
•Troubleshooting Netwo problems in regards to all server range, Routers, switches, cabling, laptops, and desktops.
•Troubleshooting and solving network issues, like T, DNS, DCHP, Layer 2/3 network devices.
•CCTV system installation and Trouble shooting.
•Configure & Install Attendance Access control Machine.
•Configuration of Users Emails using Microsoft Outlook.
•Installation and maintaining different types of Telephonic PABX, like Panasonic 824
•Configuration & Installation of Point of Sales System.
•Assisting IT Manager in preparing Management Information Reports.
•Knowledge of Stock Taking & handing stock taking tools.
•Knowledge of AWS Cloud.
•Working Knowledge of Operating system cloning.
•Full Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (office 365)
•Working Knowledge of Microsoft Access & Oracle Databases.
•Working Knowledge of Barcode printing.
•Working Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suit R12, Supply chain & Financial Modules.
•Knowledge of Hardware procurement's, Negotiation with Vendors
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must be able to communicate very fluently
