- Oversee the maintenance, repair or replacement of computer units or other technological components

Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Previous experience in IT support or technical assistance.
Knowledge of Windows a macOS operating systems, as well as basic networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
