EDUCATI REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Administration or similar role preferably with multiple clients, vendors, and environments
Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office 365
Knowledgeable of and experience in System Admin, Networking, Firewalls, Servers, Domain, NAS and SAN storage, Active directory, etc.
Hardware & Network troubleshooting knowledge and Microsoft Windows troubleshooting knowledge
Effective problem solving and communication skills
Extensive experience working with different locations
Excellent communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Run a complete audit and assessment of all IT infrastructure including workstations, LAN, Networking equipment, connectivity, IT systems, Servers, Software etc.
Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
Manage network servers and technology tools
Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues
Manage backups of all servers and databases
Support and maintain desktop application
