We are hiring IT Technician that will maintain our computer system and computer peripherals to their highest functionality to provide the best gaming experience to our cUustomers.
We are a gaming café with 65 gaming computers installed with RTX 3090. The candidate should be knowledgeable about online and offline games, knows how to do in-depth game troubleshooting, and maintain updated gaming computers.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining gaming computers with updated Windows and games.
Assisting customers with computer and game-related issues.
Maintain general cleaning schedule for computers.
Provide customer service.
Check computer hardware and peripherals to ensure their functionality
Handling customer game and computer-related complaints
Requirements and Skills:
Ability to determine computer and game-related issues.
Knowledgeable in online and offline games
Excellent communication ability
Proven experience as IT Technician
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customers' complaints in a professional manner
We prefer candidates with their own visa and with gaming café/shop work experience.
