IT TECHNICIAN
Overview
Our esteemed organization in Bahrain seeks a dedicated and proficient IT Technician to become a valued member of our expanding team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering technical support, overseeing IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
•User Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, delivering timely and professional assistance for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
•System Maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure effective performance.
•Network Management: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks (LANs), Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
•Hardware Management: Execute the setup, repair, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
•Security and Data Management: Implement and uphold security protocols, conduct regular data backups, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and QualificationsProfessional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience as an IT Technician, Help Desk Technician, or in a similar role.Operating Systems Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Windows environments (Windows 10/11) and a fundamental understanding of AI tools, CRM, and ERP systems.Networking Knowledge: A foundational understanding of T, DNS, DHCP, and the ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.Diagnostic Abilities: Exemplary diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist non-technical users.
Qualifications:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer science or a related field
• 3+ Years Proven experience as a IT Technician or similar role.
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
