JOB OPENING FOR SERVICE ADVISOR
Prime Responsibility:
To ensure that Customer concerns are properly noted during vehicle pick-up and delivered back in most proficient manner. Handle Customers’ vehicle with utmost care during road trips
Job Details
• Required good technical knowledge about cars and automobile industry
. Maintain close coordination with Bikers and Customer Relation Executives (CRE) to reach Customers’
location on time.
• Generate vehicle inventory report (interior & exterior) along with 3600 visual inspection.
• Mention Customer concerns in the job order and interpret complaints accurately for Workshops to
realize the scope of work.
• Coordinate with CRE to maintain close follow up of entire process i.e., vehicle pick-up, drop-in
Workshop, work in progress, additional repair costs etc. until delivery to Customer.
• Abiding by local road traffic laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
