We are DHK looking for an accountant to join a new company division. The main duties will involve a high volume of tasks including producing quotes, checking sales, creating reports, payroll, and other day-to-day accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an office environment, be a fast learner, and have strong computer skills, especially using the Microsoft Office Suite and a range of accounting and inventory software.
Main Duties:
Reconciling accounts
Financial forecasting of payables and receivables
Create and record quotations and invoices
Receive, record, and process all payments
Ensure all products and data are accurately entered onto the system
Receive and process all expense claim forms and requests for payments
Filing of records
Following up payments with clients
Analyzing staff and store performance
Follow up on the work hours of equipment operators in the projects and prepare statements of working days
Ensuring all financial records are accurate
Training other staff members whenever required
Establishing processes and systems for the team to follow and uphold
Analyzing essential and useful data
Personal Requirements:
At least 0-1 year of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent English, writing, and speaking
Proactive and attention to detail
Being able to work in a team and under pressure
Familiarity with accounting systems
Proven ability to use numerous systems
Warehouse inventory, warehouse bookkeeping, and preparation of withdrawal reports
Willingness to work additional hours as needed
