About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-daynancial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of ournancial records.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using Zoho Books as our primary accounting platform. Maintain accurate inventory records that reect in both Zoho and Shopify platforms. Prepare variousnancial reports, including vendor reports, customer statements, and month reports. Perform administrative tasks when required, such as handling calls regarding deliveries, operations, and cash management. Integrate Zoho Books with our Shopify online store, ensuring seamless synchronization of data. Handle Stripe payments and ensure integration with Zoho for online payments. Prepare andle VAT returns and handle VAT registration requirements. Prepare andle corporate tax Ensure compliance with relevantnancial regulations and standards. Collaborate with team members to streamlinenancial processes and improve eciency.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedeld. 1-2 years of experience in accounting andnancial management. Prociency in using Zoho Books and Shopify platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy innancial reporting. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations is a plus. Passionate about technology and innovation.
