We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Junior Accountant to support our finance department with daily accounting tasks, data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills and basic understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing daily accounting entries (AP/AR).
Record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain and update accounting records in E.
Assist in monthly bank reconciliation.
Support in preparing financial reports and statements.
Check vendor invoices and process payments.
Maintain petty cash and daily expenses.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data.
Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Perform general administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
