Required Skills & Qualities:
ØUAE experience must.
Ø Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance from accredited University
Ø Strong understanding of accounting and finance
Ø 2-5 years of accounting and finance
Ø Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
Ø Ability to achieve tight deadlines with a high degree of quality and understanding
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
Ø Proficiency with Accounting system
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel & Word; and
Ø Philippine Nationality (Required).
JOB SUMMARY:
"• Day-to-day accounting operations and recording of journal entries to Accounting System;"
"• Reconciliation of Clients Accounts Receivables, Vendors Accounts Payables, Bank Statements, Credit Card & Petty Cash Ledger"
"• Issue invoices to Clients, sending weekly Statements of Accounts, and follow-up Account receivables;"
"• Prepare timely and accurate Vendor payments through cash, checks, and bank transfers;"
"• Proper knowledge of preparing salary WPS file and upload in bank portal to ensure timely processing of payroll information as per policies and procedures, maintaining updated records and confidentiality"
"• Perform key month-end closing activities including preparing, reviewing, and posting journal entries and updating the inventory;"
"• Proper knowledge of UAE VAT, and timely manage quarterly VAT filing and payment on the FTA portal;"
"• Summarize monthly and annual financial status by collecting information; preparing Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement, and other reports and reporting them to the Finance Manager;"
"• Handling of basic Administrative tasks and budget preparations as required by the Management; and"
"• Support Auditors for annual audit."
