Junior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
•Checking file printability and coordinating with Account managers, PMs and Compilers for the receipt of replacement
files.
•Using graphic techniques to create drafts, make minor file corrections and artwork proofs.
•Take on special design tasks (e.g. color correction, compile files for printing)
•Become familiar with brand guidelines, images, components, and overall brand identity, as well as the guidelines of
our partner companies.
•Works within existing brand guidelines and designs to version out print collateral, image-based e-mails, and digital
assets for our website and social media channels.
•Works within existing PowerPoint templates to create beautiful and legible presentations for our departments.
•Accurately estimates the time required to complete work and works successfully within time and cost constraints.
•Understanding project requirements.
•Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
•Create, update and maintain image databases.
•Maintains technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and staying up to date on marketing and
design trends, etc.
Required Skills-
•Graphic Designer qualification (any Diploma/Degree)
•Minimum 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer in a large format printi company.
•Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
•Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts).
•Understand both digital and print design.
•Strong understanding of design principles (typography, composition, proportion, patterning, color theory, photo art
direction, etc.)
•Understanding of colour management processes.
•Knowledge of design techniques, such as prototyping.
•Time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
•Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
•Microsoft PowerPoint, WordPress, Squarespace, and 3D (Blender or other) experience a plus.
• Good in Communication skill in English and Arabic.
