Your role
Co-ordinate project planning activities for allocated projects
Translate proposal schedules into project schedules
Initiate planning and co-ordinate input from various disciplines, offices and subcontractors
Create deliverables register and doent route plan in conjunction with disciplines
Issue initial schedule(s) internally for review a approval
Maintain schedules, provide forecasts and produce progress reports for project team, management and client
Request input for planning a progress reporting from project teams, Proposals Department and various disciplines involved in the project
Review subcontractor planning procedures and schedules
Synchronise schedule information with the doent control system
Provide input to seasonal schedule in co-ordination with the Unit Head Planning
Liaise closely with the Cost Controller for information sharing
What we expect from you
degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering
Affinity with planning and scheduling. Experience (0-4 years) in preparing, monitoring and supporting project planning within an offsho environment is considered an advantage
Affinity with offshore industry
Excellent command of Office tools, especially Power Point and Excel
Good command of the English both written and spoken
