1. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume BMC clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
2. Contribute to developing the competitive pricing policy for the key account customers in view of developing long term relationships.
3. Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
4. Work with Design, Sales team, Marketing, logistics, Engineers and Project team members from other departments dedicated to BMC client accounts to ensure the highest quality of services are being implemented and all client needs are met.
5. Meet all BMC client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines, in line with the set Policies & Procedures.
6. Maintain receipts of new requests, order modifications as well as complaints by the respective clients.
7. Arrange a program of visits to BMC’s key account customers by regularly contacting them and making appointments for the purpose of closing deals.
8. Use sales and marketing methods to work out the best plan for promoting the BMC’s range of services and products.
9. Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders.
10. Resolve key client issues and complaints & anticipate key account changes and improvement.
11. Work with the Sales team to on-board and integrate new clients for BMC and develop existing client relationships.
12. Manage outstanding payments, referring to periodical reporting, control trade returns, clean billing and loss cases.
13. Keep current BMC clients satisfied and deliver exceptional client services on a day-to-day basis.
14. Collaborate with BMC sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling in order to achieve set targets.
15. Enhance the Furnishing department and BMC’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
16. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
