The selected candidate will receive and analyze support tickets from the L0 support team, provide first-level technical support, resolve non-technical inquiries within SLA, and escalate complex issues to the L2 team. The role also involves following up on escalated tickets and coordinating with L2 and L3 teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in rotating shifts.

a. Saudi Nationals preferred.

c. 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical Support or a related IT field.

g. Health Informatics degree is a plus.
