Gulfaar Group is hiring an experienced Laboratory Manager for a leading Oil & Gas project in Oman. The selected candidate will manage laboratory operations supporting upstream production facilities, oversee crude oil, gas, produced water, and chemical analysis, ensure compliance with ASTM, API, ISO, and HSE standards, supervise sampling, testing, reporting, and activities, manage Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), oversee laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration, lead laboratory personnel, support production optimization through laboratory analysis and troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with ISO 17025 quality management requirements.

a. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
b. Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas laboratory experience.
c. Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
d. Strong experience in crude oil, gas, produced water, and chemical analysis.
e. Knowledge of ASTM, API, ISO standards, LIMS, , and ISO 17025 systems.
f. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
g. Excellent communication, reporting, and team management abilities.
