Landscape Engineer- Riyadh
One of the Facilities Management company is looking for a Landscape Engineer to be based in Riyadh.
-Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance schedule and completion for landscape, Pest Control and irrigation systems.
-Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the PPM (Preventive planned maintenance) for the Landscape (Lawn, Shrubs, Trees, Seasonal Plants & Palms), Irrigation, Fertilizer Application, Pest control and Sports Field.
-Supervise and ensure timely resolution of corrective maintenance reques raised by the customers.
- Observes workers to detect inefficient or unsafe work procedures or to identify problems, initiating corrective action as necessary.
-Plans or supervises infrastructure or collection maintenance functions, such as planting, fertilizing, pest or weed control, or landscaping.
-Trains workers in techniques such as planting, harvesting, Mowing, weeding, or insect identification and in the use of safety measures.
-Responsible for analyzing the Turf & Plant diseases along with application and monitoring of plant protection measures
