1.Manage customer queries in English via telephone, WhatsApp or walk-in setting promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
2.Take new orders and plan pick-ups and deliveries according to requested services.
3.Manage the staff by monitoring their attendance, monitoring their daily tasks and planning their schedules.
4.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal ERP system. This includes data management related to orders and transactions, customer details, expenses, payments and receipts.
5.Share daily reports generated via our ERP system with the management team
6.Coordinate with laundry staff to ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders.
7.Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
8.Maintain cleanliness in the laundry space including the front desk area and lobby.
9.Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
