We are currently seeking a highly experienced Legal Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our clients on a wide range of legal matters.

Responsibilities:
Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal matters.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support client cases.
Drafting legal doents and contracts.
Negotiating with opposing counsel and parties to reach settlements.
Providing legal opinions on complex legal issues.
Advising clients on regulatory matters.

صياغة الوثائق والعقود القانونية.
التفاوض مع المستشارين والاطراف المتنازعة للوصول إلى تسويات
ابداء الرأي القانوني في القضايا القانونية المعقدة.
تقديم المشورة للعملاء بشأن المسائل التنظيمية.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited university
Master's degree in law is highly preferred.
10 - 15 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
Must be a member of the Dubai legal community.
Fluent in both Arabic and English.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
حاصل على بكالوريوس في القانون من جامعة معترف بها.
يفضل درجة الماجستير في القانون.
خبرة 10- 15 سنة كمحام ممارس.
يجب أن يكون عضوًا في المجتمع القانوني في دبي.
يجيد اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
مهارات تواصل كتابية ولفظية ممتازة باللغتين.
مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل.
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة.
