This position performs HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance jobs. Responds to emergencies and perform other tasks assigned. A team leader that supervises HVAC Technicians and reports abnormalities to the Facility Maintenance Assistant Supervisor.
College degree preferred, high school diploma is required or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC repair and installation and 3 years in a supervisory role.
Must be able to read and understand schematic drawings, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Extensive HVAC Maintenance Experience. (5 Years)
Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Facility Maintenance.
Able to communicate in English with the customer.
