Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Advisor located in Manama , Seef. The Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal doents, identifying and addressing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, the Legal Advisor will collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to resolve legal matters effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Law, including understanding legal frameworks and case analysis
Experience in Legal Doent Preparation and managing contractual agreements
Ability to identify and address Legal Issues with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Expertise in providing Legal Advice with a client-focused approach
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance and dispute resolution
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team collaboration
Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent; a professional qualification or legal license is a plus
Prior experience in a legal advisory or related role is advantageous
