An Egyptian legal researcher is required to work in a law firm in Dubai. The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English and must have a Bachelor degree of Laws (English Section). Previous experience in the UAE is preferred, familiar with UAE Law and judicial courts systems and eager to learn.
Job Description:
• Conduct a comprehensive legal research on various matters and providing accurate and organized findings.
• Analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and legal doents.
• Drafting legal doents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Assist with case management and preparation with the ability of filing lawsuits.
• Dealing with clients through emails and meetings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal cases and execution files.
• Dealing with UAE Laws and judicial courts systems.
