We are seeking *** experienced and results-driven Lighting Sales Manager to lead and grow our lighting solutions business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales performance in the commercial and industrial lighting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop & execute sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
•Identify & pursue opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.
•Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
•Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in lighting.
•Lead and support the sales team with guidance, training, and performance tracking.
•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business, or a related field.
•Minimum 8 years of sales experience in lighting or electrical products.
•Strong knowledge of LED lighting solutions, standards, and applications.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing accounts.
