- To gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing material, comparative market analysis and build the properties profiles
- To manage the data collection system
- To enter findings onto the database & maintain a regularly updated inventory
- To assign listings to sales agents
- Educational degree
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written
- Ability to create an operational system and build a solid database
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Organizational skills
- Strong attention to details
