We are looking for a Load to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and uploading products to our online store. This position requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Load and upload products into the online store according to specific instructions
Maintain accuracy and consistency in product information and descriptions
Ensure all product images are uploaded properly
Verify that all products meet quality standards before they are uploaded to the store
Monitor product inventory levels and alert management of any discrepancies
Respond quickly to customer inquiries regarding product availability
Follow up with customers after their orders are received
Requirements:
Proven experience as a load or similar role
Excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented with excellent accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
