As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Logistics coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless order fulfillment and logistics operations.

Job Summary: The Logistics coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of order management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and work closely with various teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain management, and order processing within the ecommerce industry.

Key Responsibilities:
•Order Management
•Manage and process customer orders from receipt to delivery.
•Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.
•Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment centers to ensure timely order processing.
•Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
•Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any potential delays.
2. Logistics Coordination:
•Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange transportation and delivery.
•Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any shipping issues.
•Manage relationships with logistics providers and negotiate contracts and rates.
•Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
3.Reporting and Analysis:
•Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment, shipping performance, and inventory levels.
•Provide insights and recommendations to improve order management and logistics processes.
•Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
5.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Work closely with the customer service team to address any order-related inquiries or issues.
•Coordinate with the marketing team to manage promotions, sales events, and special offers.
•Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and improve order management systems and tools.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor / Master’s degree Preferred
•Immediate Joining Candidates preferred
•Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
•Proficiency in using order management systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
•Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
•Experience with international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
