Our Company is looking for FEMALE FILIPNA Logistic Executive Preferably with 2 years experience in UAE. Preferably Living in Sharjah / Ajman.

Skills & Qualifications required:
•Solid understanding of logistics.
•Experience in order processing, coordinating international shipments and domestic deliveries and preparation of shipping documents.

•Detail-oriented team player.

•Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

•Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.

•Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.

•Ability to perform with minimum supervision.

•Ability to excel under high level of stress level.

Responsibilities

•Handle the logistics operations of the company.

•Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met

•Monitor shipments to ensure timely uplift and timely delivery.

•Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another

•Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.

•Plan, track and keep logs and records of all the export and import shipments.

Review the import documents, monitor shipment arrival date and ports free time.

Apply for customs duty exemption, MOE quota, etc.

•Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.

•To book with the approved forwarde lines and prepare all the shipping documents required for export, import and domestic deliveries.

•Continually review the freight costs and transportation rates and negotiate with shipping lines and forwarders.
