We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in global trade and logistics. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator who is fluent in Russian and has a strong background in container export operations, particularly in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Container Export Management: Handle all aspects of exporting containers from the UAE, including doentation, compliance, and scheduling.
Port Coordination:Coordinate effectively with UAE ports to ensure smooth loading, unloading, and transit of containers.
Supply Chain Management:Oversee the entire process from purchasing goods to delivering them to the final destination.
Vendor and Client Communication:Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, and clients to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Doentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time, including bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs doentation.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
**Qualifications:**
- Fluency in Russian and English is essential.
- Proven experience in exporting containers from the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE port operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
