Processing of Shipping Doents like Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin et., for Exports and follow-up for GCC & Non-GCC overseas customers
Coordinate with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Companies, against Export Sales
Plan and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
Knows impo - Mirsal Code
Having UAE experience, Indian Male
with UAE driving License
Knowledge of Dubai Customs, Impo Doentation.
