BEAM Consolidated is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for its manufacturing operations in Yanbu Industrial City, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will lead maintenance teams, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, ensure equipment reliability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. The role requires strong expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment. Experience in Gypsum Board manufacturing or other heavy industries is highly preferred.

a. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
b. Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
c. Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
d. Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
e. Strong troubleshooting and maintenance team leadership skills.
