Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead a team of technic staff and maintain harmoniuos working relationship.
Interpret instructions and related info. into meaningful & accurate work directives, drawings and guidelines.
Plan & schedule labor material and equipment efficiently and within set time frames.
Maintain effective lines of comunication between the implementation and execution functions.
Maintain & enforce a safe working environment
Maintain client satisfaction
Experience in handling a fleet that includes but not limited to trailers, stackers, forklifts etc., specialization in troubleshooting and maintenance of crawler cranes (TADANO and GROVE).
