Sales and Marketing Job Description:
• Should have driving license and experience in projects and sales of building material.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, architects, and contractors to drive sales of building materials for projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to generate sales leads and meet sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of the building materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts to customers in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position the company's products.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the installation and use of building materials.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth transportation and delivery of products to project sites.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management review and decision-making.
