Job Description

The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the department to ensure a world-class luxury guest experience. You will oversee the Front Office team, delegating tasks and providing coaching to enhance productivity and morale. Key duties include managing the Opera system's data integrity, enforcing selling strategies, and optimizing revenue opportunities while controlling departmental expenses to meet budget targets. You will investigate service gaps using Guest Satisfaction Reports, resolve guest complaints, and coordinate with Reservations, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless service. Building strong relationships with VIPs and regular guests is essential to maintaining Jumeirah's signature warm and generous service.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field, with a Master’s degree considered a plus. You should have 8–10 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and possess exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills. You must be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing complex projects and departmental budgets. A deep understanding of Front Office SOPs and the ability to maintain 24/7 operational coverage through effective scheduling are required for this senior management position.
