candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hospitality business, including operations, guest services,
and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall strategic direction of the hospitality business in the UAE.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence in guest services and operational efficiency.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality standards and regulations.
Lead, inspire, and manage the hospitality team to meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record in managing luxury or large-scale hospitality operations.
Strong understanding of the UAE hospitality market and guest experience standards.
Exceptional leadership, customer service, and business development skills.
