Job Description

Marketing Assistant (with Administration backgrou for a hospitality and tourism consultancy based in Dubai. We are looking for highly motivated personnel with at least 2 years’ experience with marketing background who will also be able to perform administrative duties.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and other required skills:
• Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field
• Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing and administration
• PR knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft office – with IT knowledge
• Presentation skills – use of Infographic is a plus
• Highly-organised
• Multi-tasking skills
• Time management
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Creativity
• Good interpersonal skills

DUTIES

Job will entail the following, however, will not be limited to these responsibilities only.

Marketing:
• Provide support to the entire Marketing and Administration team
• Prepare monthly reports, event evaluation reports, meeting minutes, presentation and other monitoring documentation
• Organise International Travel (Sales Trips)
• Planning, organizing and executing travel and consumer fairs to increase destination awareness
• Attends to travel trade and consumer enquiries
• Prepares Marketing Activiti
• Arrange appointments for Sales Calls in the GCC
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Stock taking of brochures and arranging all promotional collateral distribution

Administration:
• General office management
• Management of Reception area
• Transport management
• In charge of office equipment maintenance and repair
• Purchasing
• Provides support to all Team members
• Work on projects as assigned by management
• Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned
