Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Research Assistant to join our team at Kraf Line, a leading paper production company. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to support our marketing team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to help shape our business strategies and product offerings. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the paper production industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in gathering primary and secondary market data, including industry trends, competitor analysis, customer feedback, and demographic information.
Survey Development: Help design, distribute, and analyze surveys to gain insights into customer preferences, product satisfaction, and market opportunities.
Report Preparation: Support the creation of reports, presentations, and visual dashboards that summarize research findings and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Market Segmentation: Assist in segmenting markets based on customer needs, behaviors, and demographic information to support targeted marketing strategies.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics to provide insights into market positioning.
Database Management: Maintain accurate records of market research data and update the research database regularly to ensure data integrity.
Trend Monitoring: Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the paper production market and report findings to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure research findings are integrated into strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Previous internship or research experience in a marketing or market research role is a plus, but not required.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools (SPSS, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as needed.
Interest in the paper production or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Additional Information:
This is a fulltime position with the possibility of growth within the company.
Some travel may be required for field research or industry events (if applicable).
