We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to strengthen
our brand presence, drive campaign performance, and support the rapid growth of our
technology portfolio in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple
channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Create and optimize content strategies to improve brand awareness, lead generation,
and customer acquisition. Produce and edit marketing videos, promotional reels, and visual content aligned with
campaign objectives. Conduct professional photography for corporate, product, and event marketing needs. Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights. Optimize ad spend and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI). Perform testing on creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to enhance
performance. Work closely with design, content, and technical teams to deliver impactful marketing
assets. Support go-to-market initiatives for new digital products and technology services. Stay updated with industry trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing innovations.

Core Requirements Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or Performance Marketing professional. Strong background in digital advertising and campaign optimization. Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro,
or similar). Experience in photography and visual content creation for marketing purposes. Solid understanding of audience targeting, marketing funnels, and analytics. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Highly adaptable personality with a proactive and hardworking mindset. Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills. Excellent English communication skills (Arabic and Chinese are an advantage). Familiarity with Web3, Blockchain, Crypto, or startup ecosystems is a strong plus. Currently based in Dubai.
