1. Maintain spare part records and issue reports as needed internally and externally to discipline
supervis for review. Discuss priorities with Venture, Operations and
Maintenance teams to formulate plan, review and report on work progress ensuring
Operational alignment.
2. Provide plans and creates reservation for stock item, Direct Materials Requisitio
request ahead of time to ensure the timely delivery of all materials related to maintenance
offshore.
3. Compile detailed plans for offshore shutdowns including Minutes of Meetings, MS project,
photos and any resources available to build the plan. Prepares lessoned learned /achievement
reports after Shutdowns for further improvements and recommendations.
4. Participate in meetings with the Supply team to control and update all offshore materials
movements. Represents the Maintenance Department in meetings with management
representatives of other ventures or contractor companies to discuss materials issues.
5. Apply knowledge of product and manufacturing process to provide details on the amount of
materials required to complete job orders. Prepares the activities to ensure materials are
ordered with the appropriate specification and quality standards and doented to comply
with Company practices and received to meet offshore requirements.
6. Expedite in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedule and coordinates with
Engineering Department for Quality Assuran Control of materials.
7. Review all doents provided by vendor to ensure it meets Company requirements. Follow
up missing, incomplete or ambiguous doents, coordinates clarifications of technical
responses back to the contractors or vendors. Co-ordinate for resolution of Material
Discrepancy Report (MDR) item to manage the maintenance schedule.
8. Participate in reviews of proposals for customization of SAP material master module to meet
the business requirements of the maintenance department. Liaises with IT and Maintenance
SAP specialists to complete necessary tasks.
9. Review min-max stock levels, of critical equipment, regularly to ensure availability of stock
meets operational requirements. Review the material requirement for work order in backlog
category and arrange the availability of the material for timely completion of activities as
stipulated in work order.
Higher National Diploma (HND) in Operations discipline or equivalent.
5 years’ equivalent experience in maintenance or operations preferably in the oil and gas industry, including experience in maintenance planning.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, MS project, SAP, Technical Doent Management System (TDMS) Fusion.
