We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to manage the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of plumbing and firefighting systems in building construction projects. The candidate will ensure systems are code-compliant, cost-effective, and meet project specifications and safety standards.
Design plumbing and firefighting systems (e.g., water supply, drainage, fire sprinklers, pumps, fire hose reels, extinguishers).
Prepare shop drawings, schematics, and material submittals for consulta approval.
Ensure systems comply with local codes, NFPA, and international standards.
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and MEP teams to integrate services without conflict.
Supervise site execution of plumbing and firefighting installations to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
Manage procurement of materials and verify material specifications.
Conduct pressure testing and commissioning of piping systems.
