We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems, equipment, and components.
Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
Conduct site inspections, tests, and troubleshooting of mechanical installations.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of project requirements.
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical doentation.
Perform calculations for HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other mechanical systems.
Support procurement activities by preparing BOQs, evaluating quotations, and selecting appropriate materials.
Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and safety regulations.
Provide technical support to the construction team during installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases.
Identify engineering issues and propose effective solutions.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and doentation as required.
