Responsible for supervising and managing mechanical works at site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications and safety standards.
QUALIFICATION:
•Licensed Mechanical Engine Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•2–5 years of site experience (MEP / Fit-out)
•Strong knowledge of mechanical systems
•Good communication and coordination skills
•Knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting)
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
•Good communication and coordination skills
•Problem-solving and decision-making ability
CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Supervise and execute mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) at site
•Review drawings, plans, and specifications
•Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines (civil, electrical)
•Monitor project progress and site activities
•Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards
•Conduct site inspections and quality checks
•Prepare dai progress reports
•Manage material requirements and site resources
•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
•Attend site meetings and provide updates
