Founded over 18 years ago, Al Inmaa Drug Store and Medical equipment (IDS) is a marketing and distribution company for pharmaceutical and medical equipment, with offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai operating across UAE and GCC countries.
Al Inmaa is a multi-divisional organization successfully operational in the marketing of various well known and leading pharmaceutical products that may include Medicines, Cosmetics, General Sale Products, Vitamins and Food Supplements through Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacy Channels and Pharmacy Chains both Private and governmental sectors.
As a Medical representative in Al Inmaa, you are responsible for the business development of your assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and goals. Since at Al Inmaa we believe that execution is the only strategy that the medical community sees, you will have a chance to directly implement medical sales and detailing pla. Customer management and market landscape are also part of the job to enable you to make better plans & build the business even more going forward.
Altogether, you will set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people and departments, demonstrate creativity, innovation, initiative and be an excellent communicator (verbal and written).
Key Responsibilities:
•Carry the promotional message to both doctors and pharmacists in an objective and clear way based upon the brand strategy. You must have a close relationship with both doctors and key people at the points of sale.
•Compliance with the objectives will be measured, both for the coverage of assigned doctors / pharmacies (CRM), as well as sales objectives of the respective territory, having individual indicators according to the Target of corresponding doctors and pharmacies.
•Demand is generated through prescriptions, and then they go to independent pharmacies and chains to close the circle of sale.
•Maintain knowledge of latest clinical data in the related therapy area, presenting and discussing the same with the related health professionals.
•Monitoring the competitors and their impacts on projected sales.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Science. (Required)
•Minimum 2-3 years of Professional experience in Pharmaceutical industry as medical representative in UAE (Required)
•Good interpersonal and presentation skills
•CRM system understanding. Experience with CRM tools and system is an advantage.
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
•English fluency
•A valid UAE driving license.
