•Manage deployment of MEP & Civil Technicians
•Plan, organize and execute weekly (for building inspection) and monthly (for MEP) checks with technician on services as well as contracts.
•Supervise and manage Technician including their performance, behavior, attitude to the best interest of client.
•Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans formulated.
•Work supervision of PPM, Reactive and Adhoc works.
•Recommend replacement / improvement to equipment, facilities and services be
•Oversees the carrying out of improvement and addition works.
•Preparation of monthly reports.
•Execution, planning & supervision with regard to the operations of the property.
- With ate least 5-years' experience on facilities management
- Diploma or Bachelors degree or any related course
