We are looking for Mortgage Advisor who will be the point of contact with the Mortgage sales Leads, our clients, Banks and PSI Support departments while executing and achieving mortgage department sales target.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate lead opportunities.
- Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals and presentation of professional product demonstrations and face to face meetings.
- Sourcing and attracting the right prospect from the market to convert him to a mortgage buyer.
- Provide high quality professional independent mortgage advice and explain different types of mortgages available.
- Maintain Generic knowledge of the financial services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary.
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Understand customer requirements, advice and propose effective mortgaging solutions to cater to their investment goals.
- Conduct end to end mortgage registration of potential client by collecting doents, analyzing financial credibility, preparing analysis report, and executing mortgage pay out.
- Follow up with bank to stay abreast of latest updates in policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to monitor mortgage market and keep abreast of competitive market rates to serve clients in best way possible.
- Ensure regulatory compliance are adhered too in executing mortgage transactions.
- Collating and preparing doents such as clients’ financial doents, banks forms, KYC and any other doents required.
- Ensures efficient delivery of properties and services to clients.
- Use given system access for all transactions, leads of transactions, and updates through regular reporting.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degrees in finance or a relevant field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably in a banking sector.
- High negotiating skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of banking mortgage or real estate brokerage services, terminologies, procedures and processes.
