Multi-Technici Driver
Required for an FM / Technical Maintenance Company in Dubai
Please apply only if you meet below requirements -
1. Diploma (ITI) in Electrical, Mechanical / HVAC (Mandatory - must have technical qualification).
2. Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in Facilities Maintenance - multiple trade lines MEP(UAE Experience Mandatory).
3. Clean & Valid Light Vehicle License is a must and good knowledge of Dubai roads.
4. Ability to independently lead and work alongside team of 3-4 technicians - this is a hand-on job!
5. Some knowledge of suppliers for consumables and spares and ability to negotiate for best pricing.
6. Language Skills - Basic English Required for customer interactions
7. Knowledge of S. Asian languages highly preferable (Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam)
8. Immediate Joiner - 2 weeks or less as this is an urgent requirement
9. A "can-do" positive attitude, lots of energy and a smile :)
