We urgently needed Nursery Branch Manager with the following roles:
• Manage the Assessment of the enrollees with the use of eSIS
• Evaluate and Assess the Employees
• Support the Management in all Manners
• Market or Advertise the Nursery to the Social Media or Word of Mouth to the Parents
• Motivates Employees to work as per their designated job description and responsibilities
• Other functional responsibilities given by the Management
• Manages ADEK Email of the Nursery and ADEK PASS Account
Responsibilities and Duties
• Training and coaching staffs based on Nursery Curriculum
• Assist staff in resolving conflicts.
• Planning the Curriculum of the Nursery for the year and develop educational programs and standards
• Supervise the activities of the Nursery staffs to ensure that the programs, plans, work is properly implemented
• Plan, implement and evaluate an appropriate educational program to meet the needs of local children attending the Nursery
• Provide support and guidance to parents in relation to education & entertain of their children
• Monitor Nursery areas to ensure that the facilities support instruction and are attractive, organized, functional, healthy, clean and safe, with proper attention to the visual, acoustic and thermal environments
• Manage the administrative aspects of the management of the Nursery, providing administrative and development records
• Liaise and cooperate with relevant service providers involved in children's and family service
• Display the highest ethical and professional behavior and standards when working with kids, parents, the Nursery personnel and agencies associated with the Nursery
• Professional in Dealing Conflicts with justice and without bias among employees
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education / Management
• Having Cache Level 5 or Cache Level 3 Certificate
• Certification of Office Management
• at least 2 years experience of the same position with experience certificate
