Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Education
• Any Bachelor's Degree with Early Childhood Education (CACHE Level 3)
Experience:
• 2 years experience in nursery
• Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting.
• Familiarity with early childhood educational practices and developmental milestones.
Job Description:
*Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
*Utilize a range of teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
*Encourage children’s creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills through structured and unstructured activities.
*Create a safe, engaging, and orderly classroom environment.
*Implement positive behavior management strategies to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
*Monitor and assess children’s progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
*Identify and support individual needs, including those with special educational needs or disabilities.
*Provide a caring and supportive environment to help children develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
*Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are adhered to at all times.
*Conduct regular risk assessments of the classroom and play areas.
*Respond appropriately to emergencies and manage first aid needs as required.
