We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide basic patient care and assist nursing staff in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers. The ideal candidate will ensure the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of patients while supporting the nursing team in daily medical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist nurses with patient care and daily activities (feeding, bathing, mobility).
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
Help patients with mobility and hygiene needs.
Assist in preparing patients for medical procedures or examinations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and equipment.
Support medication administration under nurse supervision.
Report patient observations and any changes to supervising nurse.
Assist in maintaining patient records and doentation.
